Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with a strong backend focus to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support our educational platforms. While the primary focus is on backend development, proficiency in frontend technologies is highly appreciated and will be beneficial in delivering comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using C# and ASP.NET.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and manage Optimizely/Episerver CMS solutions.
- Utilise Azure Cloud services to deploy and manage applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Brightcove.
- Apply best practices in unit testing, integration testing, and utilise automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and contribute to DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and, when necessary, contribute to frontend development tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full stack development with a strong emphasis on backend technologies.
- Expertise in .NET Development, particularly C# and ASP.NET.
- Experience with Optimizely/Episerver CMS is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and general cloud engineering principles.
- Familiarity with integrating systems like Microsoft Dynamics and Brightcove.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks is a plus.
