We are looking for an energetic, communicative Customer Support Representative to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. The responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.
Which are the role responsibilities?
Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.
Taking and processing orders.
Obtaining and correctly recording customer information.
Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts.
Keeping records of customer interactions.
What do we require?
Strong English verbal communication skills;
A Romanian passport will be required for domestic travel and business trips;
High discipline and responsibility;
Teamwork, dynamic, and initiative!
